Problem is the chicken breast I normally eat every week is about 550mg in sodium even though it's really low in calories. Perhaps I can make a nice sandwich at home instead :/. Chick fil a grilled market salad is 650 mg of sodium. But for what it's worth, I don't track sodium at all.
