WebFeb 21, 2024 · DHCC accomplishes our mission through communication access services, education and advocacy. We advocate for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals to help them gain communication access to services, businesses, educational institutions and their own places of employment. WebDHCC is familiar with the communication needs of the Deaf consumer and uses its processes to determine which interpreter has the skill to work most effectively with a particular Deaf person. DHCC works to fill assignments with a qualified interpreter at all of the either onsite or remote (video remote interpreting) assignments.
