CPA makes sure that you are involved in decisions about your care and support. We will work together with you to try to make your life better. CPA makes sure that important things are written down in one place. WebA named person (a care co-ordinator) will be there to support you and be your main point of contact. An interpreter can made available if required. A written plan for your care will be drawn up with you. There will be regular reviews of your care.
