These can be picked up in any order, and the ... WebI am currently trying to find all the audio logs after beating ODST once. I got 23 of them during my first playthrough. But when I replay Mombasa Streets to try to find the rest of them, they aren't spawning. I have been using a guide to find them, but after looking through all the locations twice, they aren't spawning.
